We believe you should be able to have top of the line affordable housing and be able to continue doing what you love. We offer our residents a spacious and lower cost option to grow your artistic career through networking and collaboration.

Requirements
- You must make 2.5 times the monthly rental amount
- You cannot be a full time student (exceptions apply)

| 4 Person Household | $ 51,120 |
| 5 Person Household | $ 55,260 |
Artists Preference
- Those who are creatives are given preference in leasing
- Wait list applicants are given first choice
Acceptable Proofs of Income
- 2 years tax returns for self employment
- 6 most recent pay stubs for wage earners
- Social Security or disability statements
- Child support or alimony
